| 摘 要： | 中职文秘专业学生的工作能力要求必须面对新的形势发展的需要和要求,在教学过程中应注重培养其工作效率,工作质量和工作纪律上的信息意识、时间意识、超前意识、责任意识、参与意识、纪律意识、自我意识和竞争意识等。使其能在毕业后真正立足于社会,服务于社会。

| Abstract: | The requirement of the secondary vocational school secretary specialized students' working ability must face the need of the new situation development.In the teaching process,we must devote most attention to training information consciousness,time consciousness,exceeding consciousness,responsibility consciousness,the sense of participation,discipline consciousness,self-conscious and so on in its working efficiency,working quality and working discipline in order to make them base truly upon the society and serve the society after the graduation. |
