摘    要:"全知化"误区,即把全面发展误解为对知识的全面灌输、全面考试.它从观念上固化着传统的学校教育制度和考试选拔制度,成为我国教育面向新世纪进行制度创新和观念更新的"隐形杀手".这种认识具有片面性、虚伪性、落后性和不可行性,其思想根源在于传统文化中"重文轻技"重道轻器","劳心者治人,劳力者治于人","读书做官"等陈腐观念和教育领域中知识本位、学科导向的思维定势,社会心理中"望子成龙"、鄙薄职业劳动的世俗观念,以及国人面对知识经济即将到来的社会巨变而产生的一种误解和现行劳动人事制度的一些弊端.走出误区的关键在于改革,而改革的关键在于制度创新和观念更新.

Abstract:Misunderstanding of the overall development of knowledge, which mistakes the overall development of knowledge for the inculcation and examination of overall knowledge, adheres to the concept of traditional education system and the election system by means of examination. So, it has become the potential murder in the process of innovating education system and renewing education concept towards the new century. The ideological origin of this partial, backward, false and inadvisable concept lies in such stale views as "pay more attention to arts and morality and less to techniques and skills", "the thinker rules, the labourer is ruled", "the aim of study is to be a government official" and so on; the regular thinking mode of knowledge standard and discipline leading in education field; the secular ideas of expecting one's children to be somebody and despising labour in social psychology; people's misunderstanding of great social change---the knowledge economy is approaching; and some abuses of the present labour and personnel system. The key to getting rid of the misunderstanding is reform and the key to reform is innovating the system and renewing the concept
