| 摘 要： | 新任教师培训是教师专业成长的一个重要阶段,日本在中小学新任教师培训方面实施得比较成功。结合我国实际情况,本文从培训的政策法规、培训目标、培训形式、培训内容、培训经费、培训的效果评价等方面比较分析了日本与我国的新任教师培训制度,为建立健全我国中小学新任教师培训制度提供了诸多有益的启示。

| Abstract: | The new teachers'preservice training is an important phase of the development of teachers'specialization,success had been made by Japan in such training.Combining with Chinese current situation,it affords us more beneficial enlightenment for amplifying the system of preservice training of primary and middle school teachers in China to make a comparison between Japan and China in the preservice training. |
