摘    要:食品安全关系人民身体健康、经济发展安全、社会和谐稳定,更是国家形象和政府执政能力的体现。目前,我国食品安全形势比较严峻,个别地方食品安全事故时有发生,给人民群众生命健康和安全带来了巨大的损失,严重损害人民群众的利益。食品安全事故影响我国的国际形象,也对我国出口贸易的稳定增长造成较大影响,因此,改革和完善食品安全规制就显得异常重要。本文主要关注我国食品安全规制改革的任务、方向、原则和思路,探讨如何建立既借鉴国际通行做法又符合国情的中国特色的食品安全规制。

Defending Our Dining Table:Reflections on China's Food Safety Regulation Reform

Abstract:Food safety is related to the people's physical health, economic development and safety, and social harmony and sta-bility, and it is also the embodiment of the national image and the government's ruling ability. Currently, the situation of China's food safety is relatively severe, and food safety accidents often happen in some places, causing great damages to the people's life health and safety, and severely harming the people's interests. Food safety accidents also affect China's international image, greatly affecting the stable increase of China's export trade, therefore, it is critically important to reform and improve food safety regulations. This paper centers on the mission, direction, principle and idea of China's food safety regulation reform, and explores how to establish a food safety regulation both referring to common international practice and conforming to Chinese char-acteristics.
