| 摘 要： | 高校扩招之后，必须千方百计采取多种措施来保证教学质量。教育部要求：各级行政部门和高等学校要从本地区、学校的实际情况出发，制订相应的具体措施和办法，把本科教学质量提高到一个新水平，为现代化建设作出更大贡献。本从制度和机制的角度出发，探讨了我校为保证本科教学质量，在师德和教风建设方面的一些举措及其特色。

| Abstract: | With the striking increase of college students, it's extremely necessary to take every measure possible to improve the teaching quality of colleges and universities. The Ministry of Education emphasizes that every educational administrative department should take specific measures to better teaching standards so as to make contribution to our modernization. The paper, from the angle of system and mechanism, discusses some measures that have been taken to guarantee the teaching standards in the building of teaching style and cultivation of excellent teachers. |
