| 摘 要： | 根据入世过渡期国有企业改制面临的形势和任务,分析了入世过渡期影响国有企业改制进程的原因,指出加快国有企业改制是搞好搞活国有企业,提升企业核心竞争力,参与国内和国际市场竞争的迫切需要,并探讨了加快国有企业改制的对策。

| Abstract: | Based on the tasks and situation state - run enterprises faced during the transition period after China entering WTO, the article analyzes the reasons that have affected the progress of the state - run enterprise reform, points out that speeding up the state - run enterprise reform will activate state-run enterprises, promote the enterprise's core competition power and take part in market competition both at home and abroad. The article also probes solutions to speeding up the state - run enterprise reform. |
