| 摘 要： | 在选择近5年国外电子政务研究领域的高频关键词的基础上，借助共词分析法，以SPSS软件为工具探索和分析电子政务的研究进展。将国外电子政务研究领域划分为三大区域：电子政务用户相关研究；电子政务建设实施管理研究；电子政务相关技术的应用研究。最后，根据分析结果和相关的研究文献，对其中各个领域的研究内容进行探讨，并针对我国电子政务的研究提出一些建议。
