| 摘 要： | 信息分享是信息行为研究的一个重要领域，作为一种社会交换行为，其影响因素是多方面的。基于Triandis的人际行为模型对虚拟社区信息分享行为的影响因素进行理论探讨和实证研究。结果显示，个人的和社区的感知结果、情感是影响信息分享意向的重要因素，而习惯、自我效能和资源有利条件对信息分享行为呈显著的正相关。最后，对研究结果的实践意义进行讨论。
