| 摘 要： | 教学是一个复杂的系统,教学方法改革是教学改革中一个非常重要的问题。传统学历教育的教学方法存在着很多弊端,不能满足任职教育需要。随着任职教育的扎实推进,必须深入分析和把握教学方法的特点,认真遵循教学方法改革的原则,科学构建适应任职教育需要的教学方法体系。

| Abstract: | Teaching method reform is a very important ingredient of teaching reform in the complicated teaching system. The traditional teaching method of credential education can not keep up with the development of Professional military education. We must analysis and understand the characteristics of teaching method, follow some basic principles in teaching method reform and build a teaching method system to meet the requirement of Professional military education. |
