| 摘 要： | 大学生科技开发活动作为高校校园文化建设的高层次内容，是反映一个学校科研水平和科研综合实力的重要指标，同时也是对大学生的创新观念和知识、能力、素质的全面检验。以大学生科技开发活动的特征为考察点，分析了当前大学生科技开发活动的现状和一些亟须面对、解决的问题，并从队伍建设、科技文化环境的培植、物质的资，和制度、机制的完善等方面论证了加强大学生科技开发实施管理的基本举措。

| Abstract: | Being the higher-level activities on campus, college students' scientific and technological activities are an important mark of the level of a college in science and technology and synthetical power. It is also a complete test of college students' innovating conception, knowledge, capability and quality. Through the analysis of its changes, this paper analyzes the situation of the college students' scientific and technological activities and questions being faced by them, and at last points out the way , the system of doing it well. |
