| Abstract: | In this paper,the present situation of science research project assessment both at home and abroad was analized in accordance with the distinguishing features of science research project assessment.Also the principal methods widely used in the world were summarized.Finally an a assessment criterion for project assessment method based on our project assessment practice was given and discused. |
