微观经济学理论对教师专业发展的启示

摘    要:教师专业发展也有一个最优化和最经济的问题。微观经济学中的边际效用理论、无差异曲线理论和生产理论给教师专业发展的研究提出了一种新的视角。如何针对不同阶段教师的发展特征和发展需求,改变结构不舍理、资源配置浪费的现象,克服发展条件的有限性与发展预期的高期待的矛盾,并采取有效的措施发展教师的专业自主权是目前值得关注的问题。

Abstract:There is also a problem of what is the most optimal and economical in teachers professional development. In microeconomics, the theories of marginal utility, indifference curve and production provide a new approach for teachers professional development research. In line with teachers development feature at different stages and development demands, the most essential problem for us now to pay special attention to is how to change the unreasonable existent structure and the waste of resources distribution, how to overcome the contradiction between the limitations of existent development conditions and the high expectation of predicted development, and how to adopt efficient measures to promote teachers professional autonomy.
