| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the main psychological characteristics of undergraduates and the reality of colleges and universities, the paper raised an idea that in order to improve physical education teaching and train qualified personnel sound in both mind and body, physical education should take into consideration undergraduates psychology in sports activities and apply corresponding flexible teaching content and measures. |
