| 摘 要： | 本文讨论了近红外反射光谱分析在头孢罗齐片剂固体样品水分含量测定方面的应用,分析结果显示该方法可以很好的确认生产过程中的原料及其制品的水分含量,得到满意的水分含量测定结果.

| Abstract: | antibioactial powder is analyzed nonivasively by near infrared diffuso reflectance spectrophotometry combined with statistical methods. The influence of the wavelength on the capacity of quantitative prediction of the methods is discussed. The relative standard deviations of prediction for the reference material and testing material are 0.12% and 0.49% respectively. The results are satisfactory. |
