| 摘 要： | 票据诈骗罪客观方面的疑难问题颇多。本重点分析了关于使用伪造、变造的汇票、本票、支票的认定问题；关于使用作废的汇票、本票、支票的认定问题；关于冒用他人汇票、本票、支票的认定问题；关于签发空头支票或与其预留印鉴不符的支票的认定问题；关于签发无资金保证的汇票、本票或在出票时作虚假记载骗取财物的认定问题。
