研讨式教学模式研究

摘    要:研讨式教学模式符合教育学基本规律,对学生综合能力的提高具有很大作用,得到了我国高等学校教师、教学管理人员和学生的普遍接纳和认可。研讨式教学模式的顺利实施需要一定的内外部条件支持。研讨式教学对教师的职业道德、敬业精神、学识水平、科研能力、民主作风、知识面,对学生的学习态度、学习方法、自学能力和高等学校的管理等都提出了新的要求。

Abstract:Seminar-style teaching model conforms to the basic pedagogy rules. It has a great effect on improving students capacity, and has got the approval of both teachers and students in our country. The successful application of this model needs support of some external conditions. It puts forward new demands on teachers' occupational ethics, the professional spirit, the research ability, the democratic style, and knowledge. It also sets new request on students' study attitudes and methods and independent study ability. Besides, It gives new demands towards the management of colleges and universities.
