摘    要:软实力就是文化的凝聚力、吸引力和感召力,其核心就在于价值观的表达。大师、大楼,还有大气和大树,这"四大"基本上构成了大学文化的软实力。但新建本科院校大多文化底蕴稀薄,其软实力微乎其微。如何定位,如何提升大学文化软实力?就要在物质文化、制度文化、行为文化、精神文化和网络文化等方面下力气,寻求更好的解决途径。

An Approach to Improving the Cultural Soft Power of New Colleges

Abstract:By soft power is meant cultural cohesion,attraction and charisma while its core lies in the embodiment of value concepts.The essentials of the soft power of college culture involve masters,huge classroom buildings,distinctive academic milieu and big trees.However,a great majority of new colleges and universities are short of profound cultural accumulation and rather weak in soft power.As such,how to orient and how to improve the cultural soft power of new colleges and universities has become a central issue,to which the solution lies in efforts made for improvement in the construction of culture involving materials,system,conduct,spirit and network,etc.
