论构建先进的社会性别文化

和谐社会的本质特征就是平等与共享,我们建设和谐社会,迫切需要与之相适应的社会意识形态的支撑和推进,以性别平等为理念的先进性别文化就是这样一种重要的社会推动力量。文章对传统的不平等的性别文化进行了解构与反思,提出了建构先进的社会性别文化的认识和创新,并进一步提出了建构先进的社会性别文化的突破点和面对的障碍与挑战。
