美国社区学院教学质量监控体系的结构及设计思想

摘    要:美国社区学院具有学费低廉、就近上学、因材施教、设施优良和方便转学等5项教学质量性价比优势,这些优势充分优化了社区学院承上启下、面向区域市场和注重地域布局的地方化功能。美国社区学院逐渐建立起来的教学质量保证体系,以其内部三维教学质量保证与外部多元教学质量监控相结合的完善运行机制,使社区学院得到了社会对其质量的广泛认同,在高教分层分类结构中获得了稳定的院校定位和社会地位,表现出很强的可持续发展能力。其教学质量监控体系的设计思想可概括为发掘质量优势、注重基础课程、促进知能结合等。

Abstract:Comparing with four-year university,the community college has five advantages of quality characteristic: the low tuition,nearby school,individuality teaching,convenient facilities and school transferring easily.These superiorities fully optimized the community college about transition,region market and regional layout.The guarantee system of teaching quality established by the community college consists of internal three-dimensional control and external diverse monitoring for teaching quality,which is widespread approved by the society.The designing ideal of its teaching quality monitoring system has developed to the quality superiority,the attention for foundation curriculum,the promotion in the combination of knowledge and ability and complying with the basic principle.
