| 摘 要： | 土家族的承嗣经历了由“多元承嗣→单一的父系血缘承嗣→父母双向承嗣”的过程。在这一过程中制度的变化起到重要的作用。土家族称谓的变化则与婚制习俗、开放和化素质的提高相关联。因此,可通过制度创新、法制建设和素质提高来推动和促进民族的发展和进步。

| Abstract: | The inheritance of Tujia nationality experienced the process "from multi - inheritance to singular paternity inheritance to parental inheritance" . In this process, social system played a very important role. The changes of the appellation are related to the custom and system of marriage, the degree of opening to the outside world and education. Therefore, the progress of a nationality can be accelerated through the innovation of social system, the construction of legal system and the promotion of education. |
