八运会艺术体操个人项目比赛调研分析

运用观察法、录像记录、数理统计、问卷调查等方法，对八运会艺术体操个人项目比赛进行了调研，并与１９９３—１９９７年国内外锦标赛资料对比分析。结果显示：我国艺术体操个人项目运动员与国外优秀运动员水平尚有较大差距，主要表现在基本技术不精、不全面，失误较多；高难度转体和踹燕动作和高质量的Ａ组动作较少；成套动作编排缺乏个人风格特点，缺乏感染力和艺术性；运动员心理素质较差，缺乏自信和勇猛顽强的拼搏精神。

Investigation and analysis of gymnastics individual events match in the eighth national games

In this article,the author investigated the gymnastics individual events match in the eighth national games and the characteristics comparatively analysed with 1993-1997 domestic and overseas championship data through observation,video records,statistics and questionnaires.The results showed there was a gap between our gymnastics individual events players and overseas topnotch players.For our players,they were not very,proficient in the basic skills,they showed less exceedingly difficult movements of turn and a series of a movements of high quality,and the arrangement of movements lack individual style and artistic appeal.Moreover,the players' psychological qualities were not up to standard and they were short of confidence and indomitable struggling spirit.
