| 摘 要： | 公务卡制度是一项新的结算制度,能够最大限度减少现金的使用,在实际运用中取得了较好的效果。但从公务卡制度推行的现状分析有一定的阻力,化解这些阻力需要用卡单位的支持及银行的配合。在公务卡制度的支持下,使无现金结算模式成为可能。
