摘    要:体育教学是实现学校体育目的任务的基本途径,其实施过程及其效果与多种因素相关。根据系统原理,通过对体育教学及其过程的认识和理解,客观地分析并确定其基本构成因素,掌握它们的性质和职能,促进其同步发展与优化组合,才能从根本上增强体育教学过程的整体效应,提高实现体育教学目标的速度和水准。

Abstract:The teaching of physical training is a basic way to realize the purpose and tasks of physical training in schools. Its process of implementation and effects are closely related to various factors. Only by abiding by systematic principles, learning and understanding the teaching of physical training, detecting the basic formulating factors through objective analysis, knowing its features and functions and promoting simultaneous development and high quality combination, can we fundamentally increase the overall effect on the process of the teaching of physical training, so as to ultimately increase the realization of the speed and standard of the target for the teaching of physical training.
