| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the practical importance of logistic service management for universities and colleges, the authors hold that it is only by following the rules of socialized logistic service management with academic activities of colleges secured with priority before the available resource can be efficiently utilized in the maintenance of the campus facilities. |
