| 摘 要： | 从现代推销学的角度来看，思想政治教育可以理解为一种特殊产品的推销。文章分析了思想政治教育与推销的相似关系，从GEM公式视角来研究高校辅导员队伍建设，对我们拓展思想政治教育研究视野，加强辅导员队伍建设具有重要的启示作用。

This paper explores the similar relations between marketing and ideological and political education ,and researches the university counselor team construction in terms of GEM formula ,which helps to develop the ideological and political education and strengthen the counselor team construction . |
