How to Improve the Education Quality in the Newly Built Undergraduate Universities

The New Built Undergraduate Universities are kept growing and developing as the new blood for undergraduate education in the recent years .Therefore ,it is very important to have the educa-tion characterizations and to improve the education qualities in various universities .As the center case of Shaanxi XueQian Normal University ,this article analyses the problems this university met during the first few years of the establishment .T he topics include how to improve the education quality ,how to set up its special education characterization .And the conclusions include the related solutions .
