关于高校学报创新性发展的思考

通过对中国高校学报历史发展的简要回顾，说明了中国高校学报是具有鲜明时代进步特征的产物，虽屡经磨难仍得以顽强生存并不断发展壮大，为国家振兴与发展作出了不可磨灭的贡献，同时也喻示了学报存在和持续发展的重要意义。从办刊特色、办刊规模、发行销售、办刊质量四个方面深入剖析了高校学报发展现状，同时又从办刊理念、管理体制、运行机制、办刊模式四个方面重点阐释了解决新问题，走出困境的途径：学报必须与时俱进，坚持改革创新，才能够在新的历史时期全面持续发展，为国家科技兴国，科教兴邦做出新的贡献。

The Reflection of Innovative Development of University Journals

A brief review of Chinese university journals’ history had shown its distinctive features of the time .Its tenacity to survive and to prosper over hardship had done an indelible contributions to national rejuvenation and development ,which guaranteed the significance for journals in maintenance and sustainable development .This paper probed into status quo of university journal in four aspects of the publica-tion features ,the proportion ,the distribution and the quality .And then ,it described the publishing value ,management system ,running mechanism and modes so as to find out solutions to current problems and the predicament .So journals should be time -advancing and inno-vative for holistic and sustainable progress in new historic epic and for national rejuvenation by technology innovation and education improve-ment .
