当代西方国家公共管理运动的批评与借鉴

始于20世纪70年代末的西方国家公共管理运动具有全球性的特征,参与的国家都采取了具有本国特色的、各有侧重的改革方案和策略,但是在采取的策略方面也体现出很多相似性。鉴于新公共管理运动强大的生命力和现实价值,本文对当代西方国家公共管理运动所体现出来的相似性进行简要评述,以期对我国政府公共管理改革有所借鉴。

Criticism and referring of the public management movement in contemporary western countries

Beginning in the end of the 70s of the 20th Century in western countries, the public management movement has the feature of globality. The countries that took part in adopted their own distinctive reform programme and strategy even their policy may be similar. Due to the strong vitality and practical value of new public management movement, this paper briefly discusses the comparability of public management movement in contemporary western countries so that it can be as a view to learn for some of our public management reform.
