| 摘 要： | 通过对我国体育志愿者队伍所处的社会环境以及目前的现状研究,其中志愿者自身存在的问题应引起足够重视;分析了我国志愿者队伍在发展过程中的影响因素,为有关部门和人士在了解志愿者队伍的现状及影响因素提出了几点建议。
