加强师范生道德素质教育 培养高素质师资

师范生是大学生的重要组成部分，他们具有其他大学生共同的特点，但更有其自身的特性。作为未来的人民教师，对于他们来说，不但要有渊博的知识，而且更要有高尚的道德情操。但是，现实中的师范生由于受到社会、家庭等外部因素的影响以及自身认识的不足，他们的道德素质还有待于进一步提高。为了培养高素质的师资，必须加强对师范生的道德素质教育。
