从人力资源管理角度探讨电大教师队伍建设

当前电大教师队伍中存在着教师数量不足、学历层次偏低、职称和年龄结构不合理、教师综合素质偏低等问题。加强教师队伍建设,应树立"以人为本"的人力资源管理理念,建立人才引进机制,完善人才培养机制,健全有效的聘任管理机制,构建科学的绩效考评机制。

Application of Human Resources Management on Teacher Development in RTVUs

The paper begins with the problem analysis of teaching staff in Radio and TV universities(hereafter referred to as RTVUs) in perspective of number,academic background,professional tide and age,and comprehensive quality,and so forth.It is followed by some proposals from the perspectives of human resources management,which include the following aspects:to establish human-oriented con- cepts based on human resources management;to build new systems in terms of staff introduction,staff training,employment management, and perfonrmance evaluation.Upon completion of the above,a team of competitive,qualified and well-structured teaching staff can he es- tablished in RTVUs.
