抓住西部大开发机遇 加快福建经济发展

党的十五届五中全会把“西部大开发”列入了“十五”计划,这个战略部署不仅对西部地区的经济起到巨大的促进作用,对东部地区也有着深远的影响。福建是西部大开发的重要参与者,在严峻的挑战与难得的机遇面前,要通过培育跨地区的大型企业、开拓西部地区市场、增加商品的市场占有率和出口总量、进行产业结构调整来实现与西部地区的共同发展。

Seize the Opportunity of Western Development Promote the Economic Development in Fujian Province

The Western Development strategy is listed in the "Tenth Five-Year Plan" in the Fifth Plenary session of the Fifteenth Central Committee. This developing strategy will not only promote the economy of Western region, but also have great effect on that of the eastern region. Fujian province is a very important participator in the western development strategy. While facing the severe challenge and rare opportunity, by developing the large cross region enterprises, opening up the western region market increasing market-shar and the turnover of export, and bettering and adjusting the industrial structure, we can fullfill the mutual development of Fujian and westregion.
