摘    要:本研究探究太极瑜伽锻炼对普通女大学生WHB和主观幸福感的影响。实验组和对照组在WHB及各维度上均不存在显著性差异,实验组和对照组在总体主观幸福感上不存在显著性差异,但在对健康重视和紧张与松弛两个维度存在显著性差异。

Abstract:This paper explores the influence of Taichi Yoga exercise on college female students' WHB and sub- jective well - being. Experimental group and the control group in WHB and all dimensions are not significantly. In subjective well -being, the experimental group and the control group does not exist significant difference, but the health attention and tension and relaxation two dimensions exist significant differences.
