| 摘 要： | 目的：通过对温州医学院在校大学生进行艾灸预处理,观察艾灸预处理前后健美操运动后尿亚硝酸盐的变化情况,从而探讨艾灸预处理对于运动后尿亚硝酸盐的影响和机制。方法：对8名普通在校大学生双侧足三里穴进行为期7天的艾灸,并分别于艾灸前后测定健美操运动后尿亚硝酸盐的变化。结果：艾灸预处理后尿亚硝酸盐全部由阳性转变为阴性。结论：艾灸预处理能降低运动后尿亚硝酸盐的含量。

| Abstract: | Objective： In order to probe into the influence and mechanismsof urinary nitrite after exercise, this article observes the moxibustion before and after the calisthenics changes in urine nitrite of undergraduates in Wenzhou Medical College. Methods： 8 common college student was tested by moxibustion in Zusanli for 7days, and moxibustion were measured before and after the calisthenics changes in urine nitrite. Results： all the urinary nitrite changes from positive into negative after moxibustion. Conclusion： moxibustion after exercise can lower levels of urinary nitrite after exercises. |
