| 摘 要： | 中国历史进入新时期后,围绕发展生产力,实现现代化这一社会主义初级阶段的社会总问题,邓小平明确提出民族工作的中心任务是以经济建设为中心,全面实现民族发展的思想,并提出实现民族工作中心任务的途径是改革开放,方式是国家帮助与自力更生相结合.

| Abstract: | After China's entry into the new period,in the primary stage of socialism,with regard to the general problem of developing the productivity and realizing the modernization,Deng Xiaoping raised defi- nitely that the central task of the national work is economic development and the all-round realization of the national development.He also put forward that the approach to that task is reform and opening up with the method of the combination of national aid and reliance upon our own efforts. |
