| 摘 要： | 在开放经济条件下,我国银行面临严峻挑战,提高效率是取胜的关键.本文以上市银行为研究对象,将因子分析方法和DEA方法有机结合,利用因子分析法选取投入和产出变量,再进行DEA分析,得出各上市银行的效率值,并进行聚类,得出在上市银行中大型国有商业银行的效率较高的结论;在此基础上采用Tobit模型分析了影响银行效率的因素,认为目前存款规模、存贷比对银行效率有较大正面影响,解释了大型国有银行效率较高的原因以及存在的问题,并提出提升我国上市商业银行效率的对策.
