东晋君权与士族强权关系研究

随着西晋的灭亡,大批北方士族与西晋皇室残余势力南渡,他们与南方士族为了保护自己的利益不被继续侵犯下去,被迫形成默契,拥立一个共主来维护自己的统治。但其中一些强权门阀内心并不情愿接受晋室的统治,当南北局势稳定、军事力量又强大到一定程度时,便产生了取而代之的念头。而晋室为了保持自己名义上的统治颁布了一系列法令来保证士族的剥削地位,当危及自身统治的士族出现时,便依靠其他士族来制约。总之,终东晋一朝,君权与强权之间既有联合又有对抗。
