Opinion on the Conversion of the Management Idea of the Vocational Colleges' Leaders

Vocational colleges are in the ascendant development in China. How to change the traditional ideal of "Managing school" into the modern one of "Operating school" is of great significance for ensuring the smooth development of vocational colleges. With the idea of market economy and advanced theory of business management as guidance, this paper analyses the reasons for the problems existing in the process of managing vocational colleges and proposes the comparatively effective ways of developing vocational colleges.
