| 摘 要： | 体育教学效果不仅取决于学生的身体素质和运动机能状况，还取决于学生的心理水平，即学生的思维、注意、记忆、意志、情感、学习动机、学习态度等。运用心理学知识，遵循学生心理活动规律组织教学是提高体育教学质量行之有效的方法。
