| Abstract: | Intellectual property crime in China appear high trends,among them have plenty of cross-nation or cross-border intellectual property crime which cause highlighted dangerous. We need to take the criminal justice assistance and solve some problems,such as transfer suspect and booty,conflicts of jurisdiction and law enforcement cooperation. |
