| 摘 要： | 以人为本的提出反映了马克思主义的根本要求,发展了社会主义发展观,为人的发展与社会发展的高度统一指明了方向。以人为本与全面协调可持续发展是相辅相成的,以人为本是全面协调可持续发展的灵魂和主线。坚持以人为本与全面协调可持续发展相统一的根本要求,是要不断满足人民的物质生活需要、精神生活需要和资源环境需要。

| Abstract: | The proposal of humanism reflects the fundamental requirement of Marxism.It has advanced socialist development theory and showed clearly the orientation for the unification of the development of both human beings and society.Humanism and the sustainable development in an all-round coordinated way supplement each other,with the former the spirit and masterstroke of the latter.Their unification fundamentally requires meeting the people's needs for materials,spirit,and resource environment. |
