关于大一新生角色转换的现实性思考

大学一年级是大学生能否实现角色转换，进而顺利度过大学四年，最终学有所成的关键阶段。影响大学生顺利进行角色转换的因素是多方面的，也比较复杂。本文在对影响大一新生实现角色转换的原因分析的基础上提出应对策略，以期帮助大一新生顺利融入大学生活。

On Role Conversion of Freshmen

The first year is the critical stage, which determines whether freshmen can successfully achieve role conversion, smoothly go though the university, and then make great achievements. Freshmen are usually affected by many complicated factors, which are analyzed in this paper, and in the end several corresponding countermeasures are put forward with a view to helping freshmen successfully adapt to university life.
