| Abstract: | This article gives an explanation of the conception and character of virtual enterprise. During the execution of its organization structure, it brought about some impacts to the construction of the virtual enterprise culture. Therefore, four new types of goal modes of the novel enterprise culture are put forward: open culture, trustful culture, consistent culture and studying culture. |
