| 摘 要： | 近年来我国许多公办高校利用银行贷款解决自身办学资金紧张，以求拓展办学空间，改善办学条件，由此引起的贷款隐患日渐凸显。针对目前我国高校贷款办学的状况分析了其贷款风险成因，并从政府、银行、学校三方面探讨了高校贷款风险的规避和控制。

| Abstract: | In recent years, many public higher-institutions choose the loan to solve its funds lack, enlarge its educational scales and improve its educational conditions in our country, which causes the risk of loan obviously. This paper proposes methods of sorting out crisis from the viewpoint of government, bank and higher institution, combining with the present situation and venture of higher-institution loaning. |
