高校中层管理人员绩效评价方法混合模式构想

摘    要:目前高等学校已基本形成了以工作实绩为核心的中层管理人员绩效考核思想,但在绩效评价的方法上尚存诸多问题。运用管理学的相关理论,从目前高校中层管理人员考核评价的主要做法及存在问题入手,在绩效评价基本方法梳理的基础上,提出以目标管理为基本方法、关键绩效评价为核心内容,其它方法为必要手段的高校中层管理人员绩效评价方法的混合模式构想。

Conception on Mixed Mode of Performance Appraisal of the Middle Management of Universities

Abstract:The idea of performance appraisal of the middle management which centers on the performance has been formed in the universities, but there are quite a few problems on the performance appraisal. Starting from the main methods and the problems of the present performance appraisal of the middle management of the universities, this paper introduces the mixed mode conception of performance appraisal of the middle management of universities with the view of management science and on the basis of combing the performance appraisal methods. The basic method of the mode is management by objective and the center of the mode is key performance appraisal with other methods as necessary measures.
