工程硕士专业学位教育发展的思考

工程硕士专业学位教育已经成为我国专业学位中涵盖专业最多,招生规模最大的学位类型。其不足之处在于培养过程中“工程”不够突出、配套建设不够、发展定位不准确等。目前国外工程硕士教育发展的新趋向表现在强大的工程教育、回归工程、工程与管理相结合的工程博士、多样化、多层次工程类人才等方面。基于此,提出了完善工程硕士制度建设、工程硕士运营企业化等若干建议。

Reconsiderations over Professional Education of Master of Engineering

Master of engineering for professional education covers wide disciplines and enrolls a large number of people in China.However,the problems existing in this program are the lack of engineering training,insufficient equipments and misorientation.In other countries,master of engineering for professional education demonstrates the trend toward strong orientation in engineering training,combining engineering with management,joint degrees with Doctorate engineering in various fields and levels.Thus,this paper proposes some suggestions for perfecting its system construction and management.
