研究生培养质量问题及对策思考

随着研究生招生规模不断扩大,研究生培养质量有所下降,这已成为社会普遍关注的问题。结合工作实践,分析研究生培育质量存在的主要问题及影响因素,从提高生源质量、加强导师队伍建设、改进培养过程、培养创新能力、引入研究生培养淘汰机制、加强日常管理与教育六个方面,提出提高研究生培养质量的看法和建议。

Problems and Countermeasures of Postgraduate Education Quality

With the continual expansion of postgraduate enrollment,the education quality of postgraduate declined,which has become a social issue of common concern.Combining working practice,the study analyzed the main problems and influencing factors existing in postgraduate education,and then it put forward to some suggestions and countermeasures to improve the training quality of postgraduates from the perspectives of improving the quality of postgraduate candidates,enhancing the construction of supervisors,improving training process,cultivating student’s creative ability,introducing the elimination mechanisms in postgraduate education,and strengthening daily management and education.
