摘    要:分析了我国高新技术产业中人力资源管理存在的问题,论述了高新技术产业是人类社会中智力、技术、知识、信息最密集的产业,也是当今世界发展速度最快、最有生命力的产业。并就高新技术产业中人力资源的管理提出了对策。
