| 摘 要： | 20世纪80年代以来,学校重建运动在全球范围内展开。引发学校重建的主要因素是学校教学质量和办学效益的不尽如人意,以及社会综合变革因素对教育带来的冲击。这场运动背后的指导思想主要是新自由主义经济思想,以及与其密切相关的在不同国家一定程度上表现出的新保守主义、新管理主义、后福利主义思想。

| Abstract: | The movement of school restructuring has been widely spreading all around the world since the 1980s.Two main causes of this movement are the low efficiency and poor performance of schools,and the comprehensive factors of social innovation on education.The guiding theories of this movement are neo-liberalism and the related ideas of neo-conservatism,new managerism,and post-wlefarism. |
