| Abstract: | This paper discusses how to promote the development of subject knowledge portal from the perspective of knowledge portal,information user,society and government.The paper proposes that we should cultivate information consumers via improving their information literacy and fostering their awareness of information fair,and guarantee and promote the development of subject knowledge portal via perfecting policies and regulations under the conditions of market economy. |
